Sounds like they may have had trouble refinancing that overdraft from Bank of Maryland they were supposedly planning to use for the archives project. No doubt banks baulked at having their loan used for or used to free up funds for litigation. Anyone know if a mortgage on 815 has been registered? That will tell you the answer as they were planning to use that and charging endowment assets for what I seem to remember was about $60m of loans they were seeking from some gullible bank or other.
